(Origanum Vulgare) A hardy Perennial herb that likes to be harvested often, and a staple in the kitchen.

Loved for it’s sweet balsam essence, Marjoram is a must in the herb garden. It is a cold sensitive perennial herb, so this is a great option for containers or pots you bring in over winter.

If you allow Cilantro to flower, you can enjoy the blooms and the seeds, but it will stop producing tender leaves. Water deeply once or twice a week, or when top inch of soil is dry.

(Borago Officinalis) With fuzzy stems and bright blue star flowers this Mediterranean herb is a great addition to your home garden. The flowers and leaves are edible, and have almost a cucumber taste.

(Centaurea cyanus)

Commonly know as cornflower this annual has pink, white, purple and blue flowers. Edible variety.
